Meet Carol
Carol A. Morgan possesses a dual licensing status, having served as a licensed agent in the state of Texas for the past five years and in Florida for an impressive 18 years. Her professional background includes 25 years in the Mortgage Origination business, during which she held roles as a Loan Officer and Vice President of Sales in Brighton, Michigan.
Notably, Carol has also functioned as a Vice President of Mortgage Sales, collaborating directly with various builders to facilitate the selling and marketing of properties and products to a diverse clientele.
Carol has a history of community engagement, actively participating in organizations such as TX Rotary, serving as Treasurer for two years in Coral Lakes HOA, and being a member of the Treasure Coast Builder’s Association.
Furthermore, she has contributed to fundraising efforts for the Council on Aging, Galveston County Food Bank, Meals on Wheels, JC’s Soup Kitchen, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) for Jerry’s Kids.
For the past three years, Carol has served as a mentor and agent with JPAR. Motivated by the benefits offered to both her clients and herself, Carol joined JPAR – The Sears Group in Texas. She emphasizes the familial atmosphere within both companies, highlighting their collaborative approach to achieving business goals and providing essential moral support.
